Description

Our Customer Service Associates perform a variety of tasks related to providing ultimate Customer service. Primary responsibilities include answering inbound phone calls. Customer Service Associates will be responsible for completing additional tasks as assigned.

The ideal candidate will love to talk on the phone and build relationships with our customers.
Additional requirements and responsibilites:

•Maintain flexibility and promptness in work schedule to meet the needs of our business and Customers
•Promptly and professionally respond to Customer inquiries via phone, mail correspondence, or email as requested
•Promptly and professionally answer inbound calls
•Utilize documented phone scripting guidelines and procedures for placing orders, handling catalog requests, and resolving Customer service issues
•Communicate Customer feedback to management as necessary
•Go above and beyond to satisfy the customers requests!
