Be an ambassador for Converse customization and Brand through the delivery of premium service and by creating a unique, personal and customized experience with the customization concept. Service customers by identifying their personalization needs, scheduling design appointments, following-up on orders and general clientele management. Create loyal customers through commitment to service and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Proficient in utilizing computer software programs to include photoshop & illustrator
- Ability to effectively help consumers translate their design vision into unique customized product
- Ability to understand the customers specific needs with knowledge of style, product, design and current trends
- Strong customer service and relationship building skills
- Strong organization skills
