Assist with production and prep work as needed. To follow instructions and guidelines outlined by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef for the shift. Checks with Chef for daily objectives. Ensures all dishes are prepared and presented in accordance with standard recipes and presentations established by the Chef. Breaks down dinner foods. Communicates with Chef on production status for the next day before completing shift. Cleans and organizes workstation. Maintains a clean and sanitary culinary environment in compliance with all local and federal health codes. Performs banquet and kitchen line functions as directed by the Executive or Sous Chef. Ensures assigned workstation has proper level of par stocks and supplies according to daily menus and banquets. Sets up any a la carte stations required for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Serve Safe certification preferred. High school graduate or equivalent. Culinary Arts degree preferred.
Restaurant Manager ( F/T) 7/21/2011 To administer and supervise all activities of food service areas including the dining room, bar, room service, and poolside service. Circulates through each dining area to ensure guest satisfaction. Sincerely seeks guest comments and quickly and willingly handles any complaints. Checks dining room, service, and kitchen areas for cleanliness, proper set up, and sufficient supplies and equipment. Monitors the profitability of functions to ensure quality and portion control while minimizing waste and broken or lost supplies. Holds periodic meetings with staff to review past and future performance of service, quality, and general information concerning guest and employee relations. This position requires a minimum formal education of a high school diploma and a minimum of three years job-related experience. Knowledge of MS Office required. Bell Person (F/T) 1/6/2012
Position will be responsible for greeting guests as they enter the registration lobby and assist them with variety of needs during their stay such as luggage pick up/drop off, amenity drops, etc. Must be able to work weekends, stand and/or walk for entire shift and be able to push/pull/carry minimum of 30 lbs. Prior guest service or other Hospitality experience preferred. Valid and current driver's license.
Front Desk Agent (F/T) 1/6/2012
To assist guests with any needs or questions that may arise during check-in and checkout. Register guests in and out of the conference center. Establishes and secures proper guest credit, handles any billing questions and inquiries, and solves guest-related problems within scope of authority. Performs all accounting duties including posting charges, account settlements, and shift closing. Previous experience hotel experience required. Applicant must have strong communication skills - including face to face and phone. Computer skills required.

To monitor and direct guest entering restaurant/bar post social events. Will ensure a safe environment for hotel guest utilizing bar. To monitor safety, fire protection, and security of the restaurant/bar. Will maintain a customer focused and professional demeanor. We age, pack and ship cheeses all across the country from our state-of-the-art caves. Applicant must be HANDS-ON and possess basic sanitation and food service skills. Duties will include cutting cheeses by wire, wrapping and packing gift boxes to be shipped from our facility. There will be two shifts and we will be open everyday for the holiday season. Responsibilities & Qualifications:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Delivers an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun.
• Acts as ambassador to the building, greeting guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while coordinating game rentals, merchandise sales, and telephones. Smiles and greets guests upon entering.
• Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests alternative courses of action.
• Bids farewell to guests leaving. Ensures everything was satisfactory and invites guests to return.
• Prepares for the shift by ensuring area is stocked with supplies: menus, silverware, Powercards, gift cards, etc.

• Is responsible for the reconciliation of any monies from their banks.
• Completes To Go order transactions for guests and ensures accuracy.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Must be friendly and able to smile frequently.
• Restaurant, retail, or cashier experience preferred, but not required.
• Employee needs to be able to communicate effectively with multiple guests while generating enthusiasm for D&B.
• Strong math and verbal skills needed.
• Is dressed in accordance with dress guidelines, looking neat, clean, and professional at all times.
• Must demonstrate ability to read and communicate in English.
• Must be able to read menu items.
