Description

Our Customer Service Associates perform a variety of tasks related to providing ultimate Customer service. Primary responsibilities include answering inbound phone calls. Customer Service Associates will be responsible for completing additional tasks as assigned.

The ideal candidate will love to talk on the phone and build relationships with our customers.
Additional requirements and responsibilites:

•Maintain flexibility and promptness in work schedule to meet the needs of our business and Customers

Dylan's Candy Bar features candy-inspired fashion, a café serving delicious baked treats and gourmet ice cream, as well as a party room and candy-cocktail bar. Giant Pop Art installations of oversized candy adorn the store and transport visitors to a modern day Candy Land, awakening the creative spirit and inner child in everyone.

Dylan's Candy Bar stores are currently located in New York City, East Hampton and Houston, as well as in prestigious wholesale venues around the globe. We are looking for Sales Associates, Hosts, Party Associates, Greeters and Café Associates to join our team at the Flagship store. We are also looking for inventory and maintenance associates.

Requirements:

Process:
Candidates that successfully complete round one interviews will be invited back to audition "American Idol" style. Auditions will be approximately two minutes and are designed to showcase the candidate's personality. The candidate can elect to sing, dance, act out a skit, demonstrate artwork or do anything that showcases his/her unique personality.
