The business is playpusher.com and we have a business to business solution for leagues and tournaments that is hitting well, we just took on a reputable 800 athlete youth football and cheer league that we will be the exclusive producer for, though we go beyond filming games, as we provide a streamline integrated process of video capture to online sales and distribution for clients.

You have seen the and for the web designer, but I also have another specific need you may be able to help with.  The other side of that is we are hiring videgraphers, though the way we implement our operation, they are "operators" bc they do have some after game simple file mgmt procedures to execute so we receive the files.  To make our operation possible, we have patented equipment that operators will plug their own cameras into.

Operators must be able to work weekends, they will film games successively at a field for $169 full day, or $99 half day, plus they are paid additional flat rates per task for part 2 of the job, which if a personal sale from their content is placed, they must follow our guidelines to execute the required file delivery to headquarters.  The client starting in sept has 3-6 simultaneous locations per day, most operators will earn 400-800 per month with just weekend work.  Operators are interviewed, then those selected best candidates must successfully complete a brief 2-3 day certification program to learn our technology and method, and they are graded on quality because sports filming is a different beast from entertainment film.  Weekdays we have sporadic bookings, but weekends are where we make our money with full day large events.  Once certified, they can work out of state at any other national location.  There is an equipment license fee based on what equip they need. The patented equip they wont have is as low as $150 per year licensed to staff.  If they have a laptop up to spec they can use their own, if not, they can buy it from us at $300 or on their own.

Noteworthy, my company is working with two major law firms, Citrin Cooperman and SNR Denton, to bring to us to mass market with our services, funding, and additional patented devices that allow our staff to provide services no other company can match.  Some of these numbers may adjust as the financial team tweak our plans for a larger national roll out, but the numbers provided will be in effect for at least the first wave of operators starting in Sept (we need about 10 in first wave). There is likely to be competition for the available spots.  In terms of credibility, we are recommended by the National Collegiate Scouting Association for our sports video production, plus we have pro athetes that recommend us, and we have A level music artists we work with in the music and entertainment industry.
