PT Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Required hours for the position are Monday/Wednesday/Friday for 20 hours a week.
  • Will be first point of contact for all customers, clients and vendors at the front desk.
  • Responsible for upkeep of front office and/or other public areas.
  • Will receive mail and sort to deliver to relative departments plus sign for and deliver packages.
  • Main point of contact for sending mail and FedEx/UPS and courier service.
  • May be required to answer light phone volume.
  • Will manage conference room availability in Microsoft Outlook, post daily schedules, and assist with food orders.
  • May be required to order taxi service or transportation for employees/clients.
  • Restocking of kitchen and office supplies.
  • May be asked to assist with company events and functions.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned, such as Expense Reports, Binders, Office Supplies.
Requirements:
  • Must have at least 1-2 years in a customer service position (reception/administration, retail or client care).
  • Previous front desk experience in a corporate environment reporting to either HR or Facilities preferred.
  • Must have previous experience with standard computer technology such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet applications and websites (recruiting applications preferred)
  • Polished verbal and written communications.  
  • Previous experience sending corporate packages through USPS, FedEx/UPS, etc. required.
  • Previous phone experience not required, but preferred.
