Paragon Sports - Open House - November 22nd

Paragon Sports, New York's finest sports specialty store, will hold a Hiring Open House Event on Friday, November 22nd, from 3:30 to 4:30 PM on the lower level of our store, 18th & Broadway, in Manhattan. 

Positions available include: Outdoor Footwear, Outdoor Clothing (Camping/Hiking background please),Camping, Cycling, Fitness, Ski Mechanic, Ski Apparel sales (must be seasoned skier), Snowboard and Ski Hard goods.

Our sales positions require in depth knowledge and current participation in the category that you are selling the gear for. We seek fit athletes, who are currently participating in the sport, are aware of the latest technology in the category, participate in local competitive events if applicable, etc. Experience in high school is not considered relevant. It is a real plus if you have previous retail sales experience. We are not hiring cashiers at this time.

We offer a full range of benefits for associates hired in to permanent positions, including a generous associate discount on purchases. Most schedules amount to between 25 and 29 hours a week for sales. There is a requirement to have fairly open availability, and weekends are required.
