As a Personal Shopper at Macy's, your opportunities are endless. While demonstrating excellent customer service skills, your duties are; meeting and exceeding selling and express credit expectations, developing a regular clientele, providing product knowledge to our customers and working as a part of a team to meet individual department and store objectives.
Key Accountabilities:
- Shortage control and compliance procedures
- Sharing equally in responsibilities of the department as customer traffic allows
- Daily utilization of the MBA on-line clientele system including client development productivity and appointment volume standards
- Sales productivity: maintain a maximum return rate of 17% or lower with a minimum average of 3 units per transaction in addition to maintaining an average sales check of $125-$250.
- Maximize appointment business with sales of better goods at regular prices throughout the store.
- Communicate merchandise content concerns to Store Management and Planners in order to assertively drive business
- Follow up with customer issues
- Open a minimum of 2 Macy's Credit Accounts per week
- Attend vendor training seminars
- Serve as a selling and customer service role model for the entire store
- Maintain E-mail, keeping up to date with communications and responding as needed. Complete and forward all assigned paperwork in an acurate and timely maner
