This position is open only to candidates with a minimum of one year of fashion retail experience. The appropriate candidate for this position must have great energy, a positive attitude, and also have a love for fashion and service.

Sales Associate will be expected to:

-Become a company expert. You will be expected to represent the company at all times, to know the company's history, product and mission. You must know and abide by company policy at all times.
-Become a service expert. Be committed to becoming a service expert, including honing your listening skills, controlling your emotions, and being able to connect with and inspire your clients.

-Become a stylist. Our employees are not sales people, they are stylists. Sales Associates must be willing to learn all of our merchandise, designers, fits and fabrications. They will learn how to dress different body types and continue to develop these skills.
