JOB DESCRIPTION
Full-Time / Part-Time

QUALIFICATIONS
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent register/sales experience
- Professional demeanor
- Experience of 2 years working in customer service related jobs
- A willingness to work hard as a member of a team
- Food lovers and experience in food service, a plus
- Ability to communicate on various levels to include management, customers, client, and associate
- Interest in the organic and sustainable food movement
- Positive attitude and a joy for life
- Clean and well organized
- Be able to work fast without compromising quality
- Understanding of different POS systems

REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to lift 50 lb
- Must be able to pass criminal background and drug test.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or otherwise lawfully employable within the U.S.
- Special interest in matters related to health, veggiterianism, raw food
- Candidates from studies related to alternative medicine, holistic, homeopathic, others are also of interest
- Preferable experience in the health, well being industry
- Attention to detail in all aspects of work
- A passion for small business and quality products
- A high degree of ethics and obsession with customer service and satisfaction
- Problem solver

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet all customers with the Feel Food philosophy
- Manage the cashier and any other cash flows in a responsible, clear way
- Ability to manage food items in a proper way
- Work well with the team
- Sell necessary items
- Advice customers on nutritional value of the different foods
- Provides services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention
- Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels
