Tampopo Catering operates the Café
within The Dimenna Center/Baryshikov Arts Center on 37th Street between 9th and
10th Avenue. This modern space inspires musicians, actors and dancers to
create, rehearse and perform throughout the year. Tampopo Catering is happy to
provide refreshing, fresh and delicious café fare for these dynamic creative
artists.
Tampopo’s part time employment opportunity offers a flexible work schedule that is fun yet challenging. Candidates will be trained, but must feel comfortable working the register, sales, making all standard coffee and espresso beverages, basic food prep (sandwiches and salads), cleaning, stocking, opening and closing. There is also occasional catering preparation for meetings and events.
Seeking candidates that are energetic, friendly, hardworking and multi-tasking with a passion for food and service. Must be punctual, reliable, and self sufficient.
