“Brushing Forward” Mural Project!

Who we are searching for!  We are searching for the best mural art design.  The artist who creates what a panel of CFH judges decide is the most thoughtful and artistic design in regards to the theme (“Moving Forward, Moving Up”) and the population we serve will win and become the volunteer project manager for the mural project at Susan's Place; leading a team of volunteers each week (with the close support of CFH staff) stenciling and painting a beautiful mural covering the wall of the dining room.

Please submit for the chosen artist at your school/ organization:

• a sketch of the mural design
• completed Volunteer Artist Profile (Attached)
• a one paragraph write-up detailing the meaning of your mural and how it relates to the theme “moving forward, moving up” and its significance to the population of Susan’s Place Women’s Transitional Residence. (This question is included on Volunteer profile)
• a release form allowing CFH to publish your entry on our site (Attached)

Materials are due 8 p.m. on Monday, September 30, 2013
