JackThreads.com, a members-only online retailer offering top-tier men's streetwear, contemporary fashion, and lifestyle brands, has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Associate.

The successful candidate will join a fun, smart, dynamic team and help us build a best-in-class customer experience platform. Customer Service is the core of our shopping experience and we are currently in the process of developing innovative solutions to excite our members.  Along with the day-to-day responsibilities of assisting customers, the Associate will be expected to immediately step in and help make key decisions and operationalize new solutions. This is a role with clear daily tasks that will evolve into significant responsibility and leadership experience for the right person.
The Customer Service Associate will also be expected to monitor, report, and recommend productivity and quality measurements to management.
Responsibilities:
  • Respond to daily inbound customer inquiries via phone, IM, and email
  • Create work flow processes to streamline and prioritize processes
  • Apply creative thinking and problem solving to address breakdowns/issues between various departments
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams (Technology, Product Management, Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, Warehouse) to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
  • Serve as a balanced advocate for both the customer and JackThreads
  • Contribute to and drive a great team culture
Qualifications:
 This is a part time position and candidates must be able to work around 20 hours a week.
    • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
    • Ability to relate to the Jackthreads brand and customer
    • Strong intuition and determination to solve problems with urgency
    • Analytical with the ability to measure and present data
    • Technically savvy; a solid user of technology with strong working knowledge of Word and Excel
    • Strong judgment and decision-making
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize on the fly
    • Self-motivated, adaptable and resourceful with the ability to get things done with limited information when necessary
