About the Job
Caché, Inc., A Major NYC Fashion Retailer is seeking a Part Time CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE for our Customer Service department. This position is best suited for a Outgoing, responsible self motivator.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer Customer Calls regarding various service issues and inquires
- Respond to Customer Inquires and complaint via e-mail
- Track and re-route Special Orders
- Some Reporting will be required
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Must be able to work in a fast paced high pressure environment
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule
- Saturdays are a must
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required
- Must be a team player
- Retail experience is preferred but not required
