About the Job
Caché, Inc., A Major NYC Fashion Retailer is seeking a Part Time CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE for our Customer Service department. This position is best suited for a Outgoing, responsible self motivator.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer Customer Calls regarding various service issues and inquires
  • Respond to Customer Inquires and complaint via e-mail
  • Track and re-route Special Orders
  • Some Reporting will be required
 POSITION REQUIREMENTS
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills  
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced high pressure environment
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule
  • Saturdays are a must 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required
  • Must be a team player 
  • Retail experience is preferred but not required
