Qualifications:
* Strong Educational Background
* Passion for the Swatch brand
* Eye for quality
* Creative approach to problem solving
* Great sense of style
* Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
* Ability/flexibility to work varied retail hours including some nights/weekends/holidays
* Team-oriented
* Innate sense of responsibility and accountability
* Proactive attitude
* All candidates should have at least 1-2 years of specialty retail sales experience
* Management candidates should have at least 3-4 years supervisory role experience
