Part Time Assistant Position
Sole U.S. Distributor and After Sales Service Center for two luxury watch companies both headquarted in Switzerland, currently looking for a part time assistant at their NYC offices. This is a great opportunity to get immersed with the different aspects of the Luxury Watch industry.

Description Summary:
This position will enhance the assistant's business skills in the luxury market and allow them to be exposed to the different facets of a watch company. The assistant will assist with duties related to everyday business, management, sales and customer service.

Responsibilities include:
• Sales (Assist with daily sales requests when needed)
• Marketing (Monitoring the inventory of Marketing Tools such as catalogs, displays and price lists)
• Customer Service (Answering calls at times and handling different requests)
• After Sales Management (Checking in repairs, repair estimates and outgoing repairs)

Requirements and experience:
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for business, strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize different tasks and deadlines. Must be self-motivated and energetic, able to work independently while being part of a team. A genuine interest for the luxury and/or watch industry is also essential. Hours would be 10am to 4pm Tue-Wed, however this can be discussed with the right candidate.
