Sales•Customer service, advice and sales, and all the activities related to this area.
•Exceeds the sales objectives: sales management, knowledge and use of commercial documentation.
•Image of the shop in accordance with the general strategy set by HOSS (visual merchandising, cleaning, outside and inside lighting, etc…).
Shop management
•Weekly counts, general inventories.
•Repositioning of the shop depending on sales.
•Cleaning and shop maintenance.
•Warehouse management and handling of goods on their reception.

Image•Image of their shop in accordance with the general strategy set by Hoss.
•Assembly and coordination of the product in agreement with the set guidelines.
•Maintenance of standards and aesthetics of the inside of the shop.

Management skills:•Layout of goods in the shop and store room, ensuring that it is always folded and hung up.
•Verifies that the prices and labelling of the clothes is correct; alarming of the garments…
•Avoids possible fraudulent payments and refunds, tickets and false cards, damaged goods, warn the managers of possible theft….
•Carries out inventories, easy handling of the TPV (payment, goods reception…)
•Fulfils the health and safety rules, maintaining a secure and healthy work environment, etc.
Knowledge of the product
•has good knowledge of the product (type of fabric and form of washing) and provides an added value in the service offered to the customers.
•Adequately helps the customers with special needs, personalized advice. Approaches the customer to offer advice, help and information about our products, offers an excellent service to the customer.

Team work•Collaborates with the team to achieve a common goal.
•Shares information with members of the team.
•Shows tact and consideration towards others, being admitted as a member of the team by others.

•Possesses great capacity to capture and gain customer loyalty and carry out a follow up of the sale in order to create an excellent atmosphere with the client.
