Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

•    Drive sales to achieve personal and store goals.
•    Successfully model the Company values; hold all Associates accountable to do the same.
•    Assist with the scheduling of 12 shoe parties a year.
•    Serve as an expert on Product Knowledge; educate store Associates.
•    Ensure optimal customer service and brand recognition through the Customer Experience.
•    Ensure all funds and merchandise are handled according to Company policy and procedures.
•    Assist with the execution of merchandising displays and visuals to enhance the Brand.
•    Ensure floor stock is replenished
•    Drive VIP enrollment.
•    Seek out performance feedback for self development and professional growth.
•    Work with the store Associates to ensure the neatness, maintenance and cleanliness of the store.
•    Ensure drags are returned to their appropriate place in the stockroom.
•    Projects as assigned.

•    Function as Manager on Duty in the absence of Store Manager, First Assistant Manager and Second Assistant Manager.
•    Ensure store openings and closings are completed properly and timely.
•    Effectively manages clearance
•    Role model and reinforce the Customer Experience with Associates.
•    Assist in monitoring store goals: individual, daily, and weekly.
•    Maintain the highest standards in store operations
•    Conduct chat-ins and chat-outs to ensure Associates are updated on daily Company and store communications.
•    Communicate with Second Assistant Manager, Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager on issues of importance.
•    Develop Associates.

Qualifications:

•    Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent
•    1 – 2 years prior retail experience preferred
•    Good communication skills, both written and verbal
•    Good interpersonal skills
•    High level of initiative and accountability
•    High energy level
•    Ability to complete multiple tasks
•    Detail oriented; consistently meets deadlines
•    Must be able to lift 30 lbs, bending and stretching frequently

The Sales Associate is the most critical link in ensuring that our customers have a rewarding experience that will keep them coming back time after time.  The Sales Associate must demonstrate excellent customer service skills, meet hourly selling and customer capture goals, provide product knowledge to our customers and work as part of a team to meet individual and store objectives.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service to each customer by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid Oakley product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service as deemed necessary. 
  • Aid customers in locating merchandise or finding the right solutions based on individual needs.
  • Achieve high levels of sales performance and results.
  • Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.
  • Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping of sales floor and stock room.
  • Assist in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise.
  • Ability to learn and operate current company POS systems.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by any member of management.

Qualifications

  • Experience dealing with the public.
  • Ability to read, write, count and communicate with store staff and customers.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule and the hours necessary to open and/or close the store, including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Computer proficiency and cash register experience.
  • Ability to be on your feet most of the day or moving on the sales floor or stock room.  Physical activities include bending, kneeling, lifting, climbing, carrying, walking and/or reaching on a frequent basis.

Responsible for the inside sales to new and current customers in the MetroPCS company owned retail stores. This position is also responsible for the administrative and logistics functions of setting up that customer to receive service from MetroPCS, Inc.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Create a very positive sales/buying experience for the customer.
Identify customer’s needs and provide information about the benefits of our service that can meet those needs. Professionally and clearly explain and demonstrate our products, services, features and benefits relating to the customer’s needs, as well as, being able to troubleshoot customer service questions to help resolve all customer problems/concerns. Maintain files of existing and potential customers. Maintain floor stocking levels, displays, etc. Perform sales tracking and related reports. Insure that all company policies are followed. Accepting payments on customer accounts and doing exchanges/upgrades correctly. Balancing/reconciliation of cash drawer to meet company standards. Perform customer services activities, as required.
