Assistant to an art consultant who provides advice on the acquisition of artwork for corporations and private collectors. Acquires artworks through artists, galleries, and auction houses, 19th-century through contemporary.
Candidate must be highly organized, detail oriented, well-educated team player and self-starter who can work independently.
MUST HAVE at least 2 YEARS administrative experience and excellent references.
Multi-tasker, excellent verbal and communication skills, excellent computer skills. Must be familiar with Word, Excel, Powerpoint and have experience in image editing (Photoshop), some bookkeeping (Quickbooks), and be able to organize mailings from a database.

rena REBORN is looking for a sales associate with flexible scheduling. We are currently seeking experienced, sales-driven sales associates/stylists with a true passion for fashion.
Key Accountabilities:
Greeting all guests promptly.
Remain up to date with all merchandise and local designers.
Proven track record as a self-starter, not afraid of hard work
Must have a love of fashion and exude a fashion-forward image
The ability to style customers with a superior knowledge of trends, fit, etc. is a plus
Ability to operate the sales register.
Maintain a primary area, which includes stocking, merchandise presentation and having all necessary items needed.
Skills Summary:
Prior product knowledge is a plus, but we are also willing to train the right candidate.
The individual must be a team player who is willing to go that extra mile.

- Must be on time for work and take breaks in a timely manner
- Maintain a consistently neat and professional appearance in accordance to company Dress Code standards
- Ability to use equipment/tools in support of the job function, in a safe and responsible manner

- Ability to manage time at work effectively and efficiently

- Train new Associates, as needed.
Qualified candidates must have six months customer service or retail sales experience. Experience with guests in a service oriented environment. High school degree or GED equivalent required. Ability to lift 30 pounds. Demonstrated ability for mathematical skills. The love of chocolate and fun is strongly preferred!
