This is an exciting time of growth for Boots Retail USA and we are looking to hire outgoing, professional, and friendly Beauty Advisors to represent our products in select Walgreens & Duane Reade locations throughout in Manhattan.
Beauty Advisors serve as trusted experts by providing customers with personalized, detailed information about Boots beauty products offered at Walgreens & Duane Reade stores. Our goal is to build brand awareness and create an enhanced customer engagement experience, which will result in increased sales.
This is a permanent role and we are seeking full time and part time Beauty Advisors. 
Immediate Hire available for the following locations:

• Wall Street
• Herald Square
• Empire State Building
• Times Square

Responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional customer service.
• Providing product demonstrations, such as foundation color matching, makeovers, mini-facials, color selections, and assessing customers with skin care needs.
• Building brand awareness through customer interaction (including approaching customers and starting conversations) and maintaining solid customer relationships.
• Establishing positive relationships with Walgreens/Duane Reade employees through sharing of product knowledge and team work.
• Ability to work independently, being self-motivated and goal-oriented while maintaining a go-getter attitude.

Requirements:

• A minimum of one year of sales experience in a retail and sale goal-oriented environment.
• Beauty, skincare and cosmetic industry experience preferred.
• Shifts include days, evenings and mandatory weekends.
• Candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
