We are significantly growing our retail operation and as a result we are currently recruiting Experienced Part-time and Full Time Sales Associates within our Madison Avenue store.

The Role At Charles Tyrwhitt world-class customer service and quality are at the heart of the business. Our sales staff are the first point of contact for our many valued customers and are responsible for using their high level customer service expertise to provide exceptional service at all times, as well as using their knowledge, experience and passion to advise customers on all Charles Tyrwhitt products.

Person Specification
Candidates must have at least 2 year's experience and a proven background in customer service and sales within a luxury, high end retailer as well as being self-motivated to always go the extra mile for our customers. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential to build a good rapport with our customers along with a passion for fashion and good quality products and flexibility with regards to working patterns, which includes weekends.

Lisa Perry, a lifestyle designer brand, is seeking full-time and part-time sales associates for our New York flagship store located on Madison Avenue.

ABOUT US:
Lisa Perry is a lifestyle brand inspired by the fashion, art and design of the 1960s. Lisa’s unique aesthetic is grounded in clean lines, geometric shapes, primary colors and minimalism, always infused with whimsy and fun. The collection includes women's and children's clothing, accessories and home designs. Lisa Perry launched in the spring of 2007 at Jeffrey New York and is currently sold at Barneys New York and our Madison Avenue flagship store.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Professional retail experience
• Ability to reach personal and group sales goals
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
• Exceptional customer service and clienteling skills
• An interest in fashion, art and design

Ideal candidates will have prior designer retail sales experience and should understand the importance of building relationships with clients. Candidates should be driven and motivated to provide excellent customer service and to achieve sales goals. Sales associates share responsibility for the overall day-to-day activities of the store including operations, merchandising, and customer service. Because we are a very small company, sales associates have exposure to all functions including design, marketing, and operations, and will have the opportunity to grow within the company as we expand.
